Proact Law Firm, founded in 2010, is a boutique law firm specializing in corporate risk management.From a “proactive” perspective of anticipating future risks in the business and taking the initiative, we support the risk management operations of client companies, from prevention and early detection in normal times to crisis response in emergencies.It mainly deals with emergency crisis response (crisis management), establishment and strengthening of risk management system (compliance system) in normal times, corporate governance / company law, financial instruments and exchange law, reputation risk management, etc. Published "Illustrated book on prevention, discovery, and response to misconduct" written by our office members in 2019.
