Although "contracts" are very familiar, when it comes to actually creating and drafting, there are not many textbooks that clearly show the basic viewpoints that practitioners unconsciously assume.
In this seminar, we will reintroduce the "obvious" perspective that is a prerequisite for drafting contracts from the standpoint of a practitioner. Let's take a look at a typical clause in
In Part 1 and Part 2, we will cover the basics of contracts, and after briefly reviewing the basics of contracts such as the significance of contracts and the components of contracts, we will discuss various perspectives that should be kept in mind when drafting contracts. I will explain.
Part 3 and Part 4 dealt with shareholder agreements, explaining the main items and points to consider in each item. I would like to explain how this concept is expressed in the shareholder agreement.
