Furthermore, in the civil proceedings of Nippon Yusen following the detective, the court has quickly won a dismissal decision. Attorney Fornaciari has represented NYK and its group companies, as well as Japanese auto parts manufacturers who were frustrated with endless civil litigation, and has successfully resolved numerous class action and opt-out cases for Japanese companies with minimal settlements.
