The discussion continues with proposed international AI legal and/or ethical frameworks, with considerations of proposed legal and/or ethical frameworks applicable to AI, AI data ethics principles and examples generally, and various ethical frameworks and legislation that include the Future of Life Institute – Asilomar AI Principles; the IEEE Global Initiative on Ethics of Autonomous and Intelligent Systems; the OECD Recommendation of the Council on AI; ABA Resolution 1 on the Usage of AI; the FTC – Aiming for Truth, Fairness, and Equity proposals; and the Chinese Personal Information Protection Law. Finally, the lecture touches on AI Regulatory Enforcement Considerations by reviewing caselaw, enforcement actions, contracting, and IP considerations related to AI, including FTC enforcement of Section XNUMX of the FTC Act, FCRA, and ECOA against users and developers of unfair or biased algorithms.as well as EU data protection authorities.
