The desire of the United States to assert a broad jurisdictional reach with respect to its regulations is nothing new. New regulatory changes and guidance materials make the relevance of these controls to entities outside the United States all the more clear.
This webinar will give a brief overview of some of the most recent regulatory developments affecting non-US entities, including revisions to the controls on advanced computing and semiconductor manufacturing items, the foreign direct product rule, and the further expansion of sanctions against Russia.
Only members can watch it.
