I have gained experience in domestic and cross-border corporate law, focusing on financial practice, at major law firms and foreign law firms. I have also been involved in many legal matters for real estate investment projects, such as the formation of real estate investment funds, advising on related financial regulations, and drafting contracts. I also serve part-time as an outside director for a regional bank and a compliance officer for a foreign investment advisory company. I registered as a tax accountant in 2023.
