Mori Hamada & Matsumoto Law Office was established in 2002 by the integration of Mori Sogo Law Office and Hamada Matsumoto Law Office. On the other hand, as a general office that provides outstanding services in all fields, we have endeavored to grow together with our clients by constantly studying and transforming.

With the competence of individual lawyers leading the field and generation as the core, we will fully demonstrate our experience, knowledge, expertise and know-how as an organization with a large number of lawyers and staff, and it will be the best for our clients in each case. With the aim of providing results, especially in projects where the interests of many stakeholders are complicated, such as building a new framework for cutting-edge projects, confronting important and difficult projects and overcoming difficult situations. The team will work as one to conclude an agreement.

Based on the experience of these individual projects, we are deeply involved in the establishment and improvement of various systems in Japan, and thereby build a legal infrastructure that allows domestic and foreign companies to play an active role in Japan and globally. Our mission is to contribute and play a part in that.
