Ryan R. Roberts is an associate in the intellectual property litigation practice group and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office.

While attending Stanford Law School, Ryan was the Co-President of the Intellectual Property Association and Submissions Editor for the Stanford Journal of Law, Business, and Finance.
Prior to law school, Ryan earned his Masters’ in Computer Science at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and worked as a software developer in the Aladdin Product Group at BlackRock. Ryan has litigated patent cases in federal district court, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
