Questions about FLLP membership registration
Q: Where can I register as a member?

Q: I don't know how to change my password.
A: First, go to the login page from the "Login" tab at the top of the page.Click "Forgot your password?" Above the login button and enter the registered e-mail address. A password reset link will be sent to that address, so please set a new password.
Q: I have entered all the required items, but I cannot register as a member.
A: We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from registering as a member if any of the following apply.

・ Persons involved in law firms

Q: Where can I download webinar and video materials?
A: If you want to download materials from the FLLP top page, please first log in to this site (FLLP). (If you have not yet registered as a member, you will need to register as a new member. To register as a member, here.Please fill out the form below.)
After logging in, move to the video or webinar page where you want to download the material, and enter the necessary information in the material download form at the bottom of the page.
Click "Send" to change the screen and display the password.
Click "Download" and enter the password on the destination page to display the materials.
* Immediately before the webinar is held, a link to the material download page will be sent to the webinar participants by e-mail.Please follow the steps below to download.
① Access the DL page from the link (* Google Chrome recommended)
② Click the "Membership Registration / Login" button on the page
③ Log in with your registered address and password
④ Fill in the form at the bottom of the download page of the transition destination
(Enter your e-mail address and name → select "Download materials" → select "Send")
⑤ Select "Download" on the transition destination page
⑥ Enter the password on the transition destination page
Q: I forgot the password for the downloaded material.
A: The password for the webinar materials is 8 digits (eg 20250101) for the date of the webinar.If you have forgotten the password for the video material, please re-enter the required information in the download form for the material and confirm the password.
Q: I can't download the materials due to some problem.-I can't access FLLP.
A: We recommend Google Chrome as the browser for comfortable use of FLLP.
If your browser is different, it may not work properly, so change your browser to Google Chrome and access again.
If Google Chrome does not work properly, please check your cookie settings.You can check it in the following two ways.
① Change third party cookie settings
If it is set to "Block third party cookies", it is likely that you will not be able to log in, so please set "Accept all cookies" and "Block third party cookies in secret mode".

Q: When I enter my e-mail address in the application form, the message "Registered in Legal Link Portal" appears and I cannot apply.
A: This message is displayed when you enter the registered e-mail address in the FRONTEO Legal Link Portal.

Q: When I enter my e-mail address in the application form, the message "Legal Link Portal not registered" or "Please set a Legal Link Portal password" appears. What should I do?
A: Application for webinar and membership registration on this site (our membership-based free video content site FRONTEO Legal Link Portal) are a set.If you see these messages, you may have entered an email address that is not registered with FLLP.
Set the password to be used when logging in in the password entry field displayed after entering the address.Be sure to keep this password as you will need it to download the webinar lecture materials.

Q: I haven't received the application completion email and I don't know the participation URL. What should I do?
A: Please check the "Junk E-mail" folder or the "Deleted" folder.If you don't see either, please contact us at seminar_info@fronteo.com.
Q: How can I cancel my webinar if I can't attend / double-apply?
A: No cancellation procedure is required.
Q: I can't attend the webinar due to schedule conflicts. Will there be an archived version?
A: Normally, archive distribution is performed on this site (FLLP).
However, depending on the instructor, it may be judged that it cannot be posted on the site, so we cannot answer whether or not the archive will be distributed and when.I am very sorry.We will inform you about the newly released videos in the weekly newsletter, so please check there.
