With the enforcement of the revised Whistleblower Protection Act on June 6 of this year, each business is probably in the process of completing the design of its whistleblower system and review of its internal rules and regulations in line with the guidelines and commentary published by the Consumer Affairs Agency, and is about to begin informing its officers and employees of the new law.
