On June 2021, 6, the European Commission published a revised (final) version of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). As The SCCs that have been used so far cannot be newly concluded after September 4, the same year, and the SCCs that have already been concluded must be switched to the revised SCC by December 9, 27, all companies that use the service need to take action. In this video, Noriya Ishikawa, the representative of Nishimura & Asahi in Europe, will explain the practical response to the revision of SCC.
