In this seminar, we will provide an overview of the major laws and regulations related to digital policy in Europe, including their current status, and discuss which laws and regulations are relevant to your group's business and how you should consider responding. I will explain. In addition, the Digital Services Act (to be fully applied in February 2024) and the Data Act (to be enacted in January 2, to be applied in September 2024), which are expected to have a large impact on Japanese companies, will affect corporate practice. We will explain certain points and practical responses. We will also explain the proposed AI regulations from the perspective of how to build a framework for globally responsible AI governance. Please note that this seminar was recorded before the political agreement on the draft AI regulations was announced at midnight on December 1, 2025 local time.
