This webinar will explain the Personal Information Protection Law revised in 4, which is scheduled to go into effect on April 1st next year, by presenting specific issues that need to be addressed based on the contents of the enforcement order, enforcement regulations, and guidelines, and by condensing sufficient information necessary to address those issues while also taking into consideration practical considerations. The instructor will also cover the results of the massive hundreds of pages of public comments, picking out what is useful to know.

Part 4 will explain the tightening of restrictions on out-of-country transfers and the handling of personal-related information and pseudonym-processed information.
