This webinar is designed to provide a final check on the revised Personal Information Protection Law that will go into effect on April 4, to ensure that there are no omissions and that the response is not significantly different from that of other companies. I will review the corresponding items and explain in a compact manner the trends in practice and the points that are often problematic in dealing with them. The lecturer was involved in the preparation of the commissioned research report that was the basis for the Personal Information Protection Commission's provision document regarding the Regulation on Overseas Transfer, and will also provide practical guidelines on how to read the provision document and how to respond to it in the remainder of the term regarding the Regulation on Overseas Transfer.
Please note that this is not a webinar to discuss the guidelines, Q&A, public comments, or sector-specific guidelines in detail.
Only members can watch it.
