In addition to explaining the content of the articles, the lecture will discuss how the Directive will have legal effect in the Member States, the difference between the legal system at the EU level and the legal system at the Member State level, the process of establishing the legal system at the EU level, and how Japanese companies should accept and respond to this Directive.
