With the recent spate of news stories about corporate fraud, corporate compliance is being called into question.　The conventional way of thinking about compliance issues in Japan seems to be that there is a strong tendency to seek "zero risk" that fraud should not occur.

In this video, I will explain a slightly different approach based on the risk management concept that corporate scandals and crimes are bound to occur.
