Corporate activities are becoming more and more global, and corporate crime is also becoming more global. Even if the "epicenter" of a corporate crime is Japan, depending on the nature and scale of the crime, foreign authorities may initiate an investigation or a lawsuit may be filed abroad. For companies to properly manage their risk, it is no longer enough to look only domestically. In this video, I will introduce the approach to corporate crime in the United States to outline the global trends in corporate crime.
