The current Whistleblower Protection Act, which was revised in June 2020 with the aim of improving the effectiveness of internal reporting systems, will be coming into force for approximately three years in June 6. However, the results of various surveys on the actual situation of the Act conducted since its implementation have confirmed that understanding of the system has not been fully disseminated among both businesses and users, and that there are quite a few businesses that have not properly established the necessary structures.
Therefore, in this seminar, we will review the outline of the revisions and discuss issues based on the results of recent surveys. We will also have lawyers involved in the establishment of internal reporting systems and investigations into reports provide explanations of frequently asked practical questions regarding the establishment and operation of internal reporting systems, as well as the direction of future revisions.
Only members can watch it.
