Among the items amended by the revised Companies Act in 2023, the electronic provision system for materials for general meetings of shareholders will finally start operation from the general meeting in March this year (3).Many manuals have been published and many seminars have been held so far. There are also new developments that cannot be overlooked, such as the revision of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Companies Act (December 2022, 12) to expand the scope of documents that can be omitted.
