In this webinar, I will analyze the effectiveness of defensive measures based on recent hostile takeover cases and explain legally effective defensive measures in light of several recent court decisions on takeover defenses. Part 3 introduces the case studies of Japan Asia Group Limited and Fuji Kosan.
