In Part 2, we will look at Judge Alan Albright's handling of motions to dismiss, early validity challenges to patent ineligibility, and motions for continuances, as well as other aspects of the judge's early litigation practices.

It also discusses motions to transfer jurisdiction based on convenience, including the circuit court's decision in In re Adobe, which reversed Judge Albright's refusal to transfer jurisdiction to another district for convenience.
