Naoki Kawada

Naoki Kawada belongs to the corporate group and international subgroup of Perkins Coie LLP, and is good at corporate law, commercial law, international transaction law, corporate acquisition merger law, intellectual property transaction law, employment labor law, etc. As a representative partner of the Japan Practice Group for the entire office, he provides legal services to many Japanese companies. His main job is to negotiate and conclude contracts with global companies on behalf of Japanese companies, and He is involved in direct negotiations anywhere in the world without feeling the language and cultural barriers. He also works as an external advisor to overseas subsidiaries of many Japanese companies, and is deeply involved in the daily legal work and global governance of overseas subsidiaries.

In addition, as an external advisor, he has a lot of experience in contract proceedings, intellectual property rights proceedings, employment proceedings, etc., and in cooperation with litigation lawyers, he is directly involved in the planning and implementation of litigation strategies and settlement negotiations.
