We received many questions and comments from participants of the webinar "Latest US IP License Case Law and Impact on Practice" held in February 2021. This webinar is a follow-up edition with new content in the US IP license judgment (dispute clause, best treatment clause, Brulotte rule, boiler plate) that veteran IP license and litigation lawyer Hiroyuki Hagiwara could not cover last time. New contents (The latest status and precedents of connected cars and 2G patent licenses, license precautions specific to the life science field) will be added and explained.
Only members can watch it.
Please refrain from registering at a law firm, in the same industry as our company, or with a free email address.
