During his tenure at Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance, he worked in the Human Resources Department building and operating a personnel system linked to management strategies, and is now promoting and supporting human capital management and disclosure. He has also written numerous articles and held numerous seminars on human capital management and disclosure.
