Overview
Third-Party Funding (TPF) is rapidly gaining recognition as a practical option for companies considering litigation or international arbitration. TPF allows parties to pursue legal claims without using their own funds, providing a new option to turn legal risks into strategic assets. In this seminar, we will welcome Earl Rivera-Dolera, who has been involved in over 200 international arbitration cases as an arbitrator, counsel/counsel, and hearing assistant, to share the basics of TPF, trends in major countries, important considerations for Japanese companies, and practical insights based on actual cases.
