Summary: If a company is subjected to a ransomware attack, this session will explain the actions a company should take, such as whether data recovery is possible, whether ransom payment is possible, how information leaks should be investigated, and whether public disclosure measures and reports to the Privacy Protection Commission are required.
3. How to effectively use cyber insurance

Summary: A person in charge of the development of "cyber insurance," which has been attracting attention recently, will explain the actual status of insurance usage by Japanese companies and the effective use of insurance in the future in light of the revised Personal Information Protection Law, which will be enforced in April 2022.
