Counsel Claire Bergeron
Claire Bergeron’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters, including those arising under the Sherman and Clayton Antitrust Acts, the Antiterrorism Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Ms. Bergeron has extensive experience researching and writing dispositive motions, briefs and white papers, and she has handled a broad array of discovery matters. She has also represented clients in connection with investigations and enforcement matters conducted by the US Department of Justice and the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Bergeron is a co-author of the North America chapter in the forthcoming Edward Elgar Publishing “Research Handbook on Cartels.”
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Bergeron was an associate policy analyst at the Migration Policy Institute in Washington, where she co-authored several key publications on US immigration enforcement, naturalization trends and integration issues. She also previously worked as a Board of Immigration Appeals accredited representative at the National Immigrant Justice Center in Chicago.
