Christopher T. Timura is a partner in the Washington DC office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a member of the firm's International Trade and White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Groups.
Christopher advises at the intersection of national security, foreign policy, and US international trade regulation and represents clients before the US Departments of Commerce, State, Treasury, Homeland Security, and Justice in export controls, sanctions and import-related investigations, disclosures, and enforcement actions. His clients span economic sectors and range from start-ups to Global 500 companies. Nicole (JungEun) Lee is a senior associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's Washington, DC office. She practices in the firm's Litigation Department, focusing primarily on white collar criminal defense, corporate compliance, and complex civil litigation.
Nicole has significant experience representing multinational corporations in government investigations, enforcement actions, and internal investigations involving anti-corruption, anti-terrorism, sanctions, export controls, and accounting misconduct issues. She also regularly advises clients on compliance policies, programs, related to these subject matters. Nicole has conducted numerous compliance risk assessments and compliance trainings for multinational clients, including those in the technology, financial, consumer goods, aerospace, energy, transportation, and pharmaceutical industries.
