Jason C. Lo is a partner resident in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he practices litigation with a specialty in intellectual property law, with a focus on patent and trade secrets litigation, as well as antitrust and competition law. Nicole (JungEun) Lee is a senior associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's Washington, DC office. She practices in the firm's Litigation Department, focusing primarily on white collar criminal defense, corporate compliance, and complex civil litigation.
Nicole has significant experience representing multinational corporations in government investigations, enforcement actions, and internal investigations involving anti-corruption, anti-terrorism, sanctions, export controls, and accounting misconduct issues. She also regularly advises clients on compliance policies, programs, related to these subject matters.
