The work and investigation area has the largest throughput in the Asian region, and we provide speedy support to our clients in cooperation with our overseas offices in the U.S., Korea, Taiwan, and the Philippines 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Entry is restricted and access is controlled by a biometric authentication system.

Data Centers in Three Countries

We maintain data centers in Japan, the U.S., and South Korea, enabling us to store data within our own countries, avoiding the risk of forced disclosure or inadvertent information leaks by foreign authorities, including those in the U.S.

Formulation of Business Continuity Plan

FRONTEO has formulated a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to minimize damage and ensure business continuity and early recovery in the event of a natural disaster, fire, or other emergency, and has built a system to return to normal operations in a short period of time.

ISO27001 (ISMS) Certification

FRONTEO is ISO27001 certified, which is an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS).
